These terms cover your use of BugControlReviews.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we do

We publish reviews of pest control companies written by their customers, and we pass quote requests from homeowners to companies. We don't provide pest control services, and we aren't responsible for the work any company does.

Your account

You don't need an account to write a review, but you must use an email address you control and confirm it from the link we send. If you create an account, give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what's posted from it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Reviews you write

Write only about your own experience. Don't review a company you work for, own, or compete with, and don't accept payment or rewards for a review. You keep ownership of your review, and you give us permission to publish, display, and share it on the site and in search results. We may decline or remove reviews that break our review guidelines.

Businesses

Companies that claim a profile must be authorized to act for that business. Replies must be professional and must not share a customer's private information. Businesses can't edit or remove customer reviews.

Quote requests

When you request a quote, we send your name, contact details, and message to that company. The company, not us, is responsible for how it responds.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break its security, post spam, or use it to harass anyone.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Reviews are opinions of their authors. We try to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the site or from work done by any company listed on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll note it on this page with a new date.
